Join us for the Women Poets’ Prize Winners’ Ceremony on Tuesday 17th November, 7pm-8pm.
The Rebecca Swift Foundation is excited to reveal the three winners of the Women Poets’ Prize 2020 on November 17th in an online ceremony generously supported by Poetry School.
Tickets are FREE and bookable via Eventbrite HERE. The event will last an hour.
Audience members will have the great pleasure of being joined by this year’s Women Poets’ Prize judges, Liz Berry, Pascale Petit and Malika Booker, as they each announce one of the three winners for 2020.
Opening and closing remarks will come from Aki Schilz, founder of the Rebecca Swift Foundation and Women Poets’ Prize, alongside Victoria Adukwei Bulley, the Foundation’s project manager.
Marking the second year of the Women Poets’ Prize, the ceremony will also feature an appearance from Melanie Silgardo, poet and close friend of the late Rebecca Swift. Silgardo will share a poem from A Suitable Love Object, Swift’s recently released posthumous poetry debut, available now from Valley Press.
